Developing stress competence - strengthening resilience
Personal resilience describes the ability to master challenges with one's own resources and to grow with them. Resilient people are characterized by high stress competence, on the instrumental, mental as well as regenerative level. They are effective in their time management as well as in their personal work techniques and have a reflective approach to their priorities. Resilient people are aware of their personal strengths and use them purposefully. However, they can also accept themselves in their boundaries and know how to protect them. They use meaning as an intrinsic motivating factor.
