Leadership and Soft Skills in projects
From project team to project excellence: Projects are more than the sum of their tasks - they are living social systems. Their success depends crucially on how well these systems are understood, designed and managed. Clearly defined roles form the foundation, but the real key to successful projects lies in interpersonal skills: effective communication, constructive and supportive feedback, smooth (virtual and intercultural) collaboration, conflict management and a proactive approach to change.
Based on the principles of positive leadership and servant leadership, you will learn how to not only organize your project teams, but also how to inspire them. Create a working environment in which commitment, trust and top performance are a matter of course - for the success of your projects.

Methods used
- The training conveys the contents by using short presentations on the theory and practical examples to show it in practice
- The important topics are worked on, with deeper analysis done in small groups
- The training is conducted in classroom training, which allows an interactive exchange between the participants
Coaching included in the course price
It is easier to transfer what has been learnt into everyday life if you have someone to reflect on a topic of interest. Therefore, we include one hour of coaching in the training, The coaching must be used within two months after the course.
Qualification IPMA Certification
The internationally recognised certifications in project management according to the IPMA® guidelines demonstrate mastery of the three areas of competence practices, context and people. Attending the two trainings "Methodology and Instruments" and "Leadership and Team" provides an ideal basis for successful certification according to the current IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB4). The textbook "Handbook Projectmanagement - agile, classical and hybrid", used in the training, covers all topics relevant for IPMA certification. The selection and combination of the topics in the training is based on the requirements of IPMA®.
