Leadership for experienced Leaders (Advanced module)

More and more organizations are shifting toward a more open, collaborative culture. Diversity and inclusion, dialogue and development are important topics in this. At the same time, every organization has the purpose of achieving goals and making an economic contribution. This tension causes even experienced leaders to face new and unfamiliar challenges. Our seminar focuses on the guiding principles, the values and the competencies that are necessary today to be effective as a leader. Based on this, you as an experienced leader will learn new ways to identify your roles and develop in your leadership task. It is a very practice-oriented seminar, which shows you options for how to act increasingly collaboratively with contemporary leadership tools and with a conscious inner attitude.
