If there are available places, you can register up to one working day before the seminar starts.

If a seminar has been cancelled due to the minimum number of participants not being reached, we will contact you immediately. You will be automatically rebooked for the next date, unless this is not your choice.
At the latest 2 weeks before the start of the seminar you will receive an invitation letter with all the important information for your seminar containing confirmation that the seminar will take place
Organizations that book multiple employees into the same seminar will receive a 10% discount on every further registration with exception of the first one.
A single room is reserved for you if the seminar takes place in a hotel. The single room is reserved for you until max. 1 week before the seminar starts. The costs for accommodation, breakfast and dinner will be borne by you as a participant.
In order to ensure a fruitful exchange and sufficient practical case material to work on together, the BWI seminars need at least four participants.
At the latest 2 weeks before the start of the seminar you will have received the invitation letter containing a form relating to room reservation. This serves to definitely book or cancel your pre-booked single room at the seminar location. Please send the form directly to the respective hotel.
A provisional reservation is possible. However, we ask you to confirm as soon as possible whether you would like us to definitely book your seat in the seminar.
With the registration confirmation you will receive your login data to access your seminar information on the BWI platform. There you will find all documents, webinars and videos if applicable, as well as preparatory work for your seminar.
Included in the seminar price (unless otherwise noted in our announcement) are coffee breaks, lunch incl. non-alcoholic beverages and all course materials.
The status "waiting list" means there are currently no more places available for the chosen seminar. Upon your request we will put you on the waiting list and contact you should a place become available.
All seminars can only be paid by invoice. You will receive the electronic invoice 2-4 weeks before the seminar starts. The term of payment is 14 days after the date of the invoice.
