Christian is a committed father of one boy and two girls. They keep him fit and on the go. He is married to a protestant pastor and is generally interested in spirituality. Christian is our calm mind and as part of the team, he has the task of grounding our ideas and not letting us forget critical thoughts. In addition to his role as a partner of the BWI, he takes care of the needs of the trainers and consultants. He enjoys working as an experienced trainer and consultant, specialising in self-management and project management.
