Mike Hubmann

Mike lives in the Bern area and oscillates between slow "Bernese" thoughtfulness and unstoppable energy - he gets involved in projects with his clients and can handle incredible amounts of challenges with great serenity. He is the father of a teenage daughter, a passionate forest walker and music lover.

At BWI, Mike is currently taking over the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a trainer and consultant with many years of experience, particularly in the areas of project and change management, negotiation techniques and leadership of teams and organisations in agile and classic settings.
