System and organisational set-ups
Brief description
By revealing hidden dynamics, valuable insights are gained for organisational, team and personnel development and customer relations in projects. Systemic constellations are also a helpful support when it comes to better cooperation between people from different cultures, generations or even hierarchies. For example, conflicts between organisational units, project teams, etc. can be re-enacted and thus the effective behavioural dynamics can be understood on a deeper level of consciousness.
Tensions and conflicts often arise in projects or organisations when needs and expectations of people, products, processes, organisations or customers are neglected or not seen. They are often carried out on the factual level and the underlying cause is not addressed. This can affect stakeholders such as clients, suppliers or employees who do not feel valued or understood. If the person in charge does not recognise the real needs or expectations, an attempt is made to solve the problem from a subjective perspective alone. The consequences can lead to irritation and demotivation, resulting in delays, "fire brigade missions" or even the abortion or failure of a project.
For these challenges, the constellation offers an effective and simple way of making the real problem visibly tackled with a direct solution.
Examples - Situations where BWI experts can assist
Negotiation
A person wants to buy a company and is stuck in negotiations with a seller that doesn’t reject the price outright. In a structural constellation with deputies led by a BWI expert, it can be clearly shown that the seller has an additional need of an emotional nature, which has not yet been revealed in any negotiations. The prospective buyer can tactfully address this need in the next meetings and decisively advance the purchase.
Trust
The core team of a small NPO does not really get off the ground regarding developing and financing its projects. With the help of BWI, the COO has the team set up in a structural constellation with deputies. This makes it quickly clear that the CEO of the NPO does not really trust his core team and believes that he has the sole responsibility to carry out and decide on everything. For the COO, this makes it possible to address this subliminal dynamic and set up appropriate parameters for cooperation.
Our offer
The systemic organisation constellation is a method to analyse the crucial causes from different perspectives and different levels – delivering an analysis of the current situation based on the collective intelligence in the organisation, it is a cost effective and fast method to get to the roots of a problem.
Systemic Structuring can be done with representatives, for example, to show a team leader clarity on the underlying dynamics of a team, or directly in the team concerned, if there is a certain reticence or ignorance of certain dynamics.
The BWI experts will discuss the situation with you and clarify your goals, approach and framework requirements.
