Coaching
Situations where BWI experts can help
Burn Out
A successful and extremely hard-working sales manager is facing his second burn-out. Now the point has been reached where he realises, that he cannot go on like this. With a BWI Coach he can reflect on his past behavioural patterns and work out step by step, the strategy for his future professional life. He will be equipped with an inner alarm system and the right tools so that he does not fall into the same trap again whilst still being fulfilled in his job.
Reflection
A successful lawyer loses her job with a multinational corporation because she did not want to be transferred to the parent company. With support from a BWI coach she can reflect on her life situation, her inner motivators and the future goals for her professional and private life. On the way to her new dream position, she can utilise the coach as a sparring partner for specific questions as required.
Career
A doctor in a large hospital plays a key role in the further education and on-the-job training of assistant doctors and in supporting two chief physicians. She is valued for her ability to see the bigger picture, her knowledge and for ensuring that patients receive the right care. But her own career is at the back of the queue. What can she do to move forward and fill the well-deserved senior physician position? With a BWI coach, she can reflect on her actions, priorities and inner drivers and develop a strategy to better position herself.
Our offer
In contrast to the purely individual-psychological view, BWI takes a systemic approach here, which assumes that individual behaviour is always context-dependent. What was helpful in one context can be irrelevant or even harmful in another. Within one context, a different view or the slightly adapted behaviour of an individual can have a major impact on the system - the aim is to enable the capacity to adapt and to widen the scope of options for action.
It is important for BWI coaches to work with individuals to find new ways of behaving, to increase their options and to improve their ability to self-reflect. It is also about making them more attentive to their own needs and limits, and thus constantly building up greater personal resilience.
The starting situations are varied and individual: from acute stressors on the job, to positioning and career planning, to leadership issues and transformation processes - BWI accompanies you through these storms and helps you to realign your inner compass.
