High Performance Teams
Brief description
Increasingly agile organisations require small agile teams that can complete tasks with the best possible results. What it takes exactly to get a team to reach optimal performance is largely determined by interpersonal factors. We support you in developing these factors.
Examples - Situations where BWI experts can assist
A team leader has been leading a team of 12 employees for a year. The exchange between the team members is good, there is a constructive and positive atmosphere. The team leader wants to get even more out of her team and develop them further. In a first step, the BWI expert conducts an assessment with the team using the model from Google's Aristotle project (dimensions: psychological security, reliability, structure & clarity, sense and impact).
It quickly becomes apparent that the purpose of the work and the common vision in the team are not clear enough. In a subsequent step, the BWI expert and the team (with the help of Simon Sinek's golden circle) work out the "why" for the team. After two workshops the purpose and common vision are worked out. The team is strengthened and has taken a step further towards becoming a high-performance team.
